I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. Was all good at 1st but it’s been 10 months and I’m still waiting on the building regs, I was told I would get it in a week. Came out to do a charger replacement and he installed it on MDF outside. Told me to treat it and it would be fine. MDF doesn’t go outside even treated. When he’s ready, he will just not answer your calls.

I have no issue with the work they did, but they should routinely carry cleaning equipment such as brooms, dustpan and brush and a vacuum cleaner. They should not need to use mine, or ask me for a bucket to mix up plaster in. Finally they really should take their rubbish away or tell their clients the price does not include rubbish removal. Putting it in my neighbour’s bin and on my garden is unacceptable.
