While I accept that anyone can have a run of bad luck, he was unable to complete work agreed for various reasons on three different agreed dates - twice because of illness and on one occasion because of trouble with his van. He efficiently installed a cooker circuit for an induction hob by inserting and connecting a 15m wire from the island in our open plan kitchen-dining-living area under the flooring to the switchboard (under the stairs).
