Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .

I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Excellent service from start to finish. He responded quickly and was able to fit a new ventilation fan on the same day, completing the work to a high standard. He was professional, punctual, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond. In addition to the installation, he kindly helped me move some heavy furniture around the house, which was greatly appreciated.
