Gary was very quick answering my enquiry and coming to price the job. He arrived on time to do the job, which again he did quickly and left no mess. We were so pleased we asked him to do an extractor fan in another bathroom. A very pleasant, polite young man who does a first class job.

George invited me to chat with him to arrange a quote. During the chat George initially quoted an unreasonably high price, yet had eventually haggled out an acceptable price. However, once I asked him when he could do the job, George stopped chatting. George has not responded to my email to him either.

Unfortunately I disagree. I posted this as one job and can prove this so will be taking this further. I also paid most of the money. Scott only called back after the tenant was fed up of the job being left unfinished for many many months. He also left a ceiling light hanging which was a health and safety concern and refuses to provide his insurance details.
