Job:-Full re-roof. The whole process from initial contact was seamless. On the scheduled start date Lee and his team were on time and started immediately. The whole team worked at pace supported by tea and coffee, etc. The quality of Lee’s and his team of Roofing Technicians is exceptional, the finish of the tiling, dry ridge and valleys and in particular the lead work is superb. The only thing that comes to mind is one of Henry Royce’s quotes. “The Quality will remain when the price is forgotten”

What a comedy of errors, unable to list full story due to word count, in brief changed price 2 days before job was supposed to start, then turned up and asked for money, no mention of this before, please make sure you get everything in writing before you proceed, can’t comment on workmanship as told him not to come back, Beware.

I have been a plumber for 17 years I did an apprenticeship in plumbing and gas at 16 years old once I qualified i joined a company that did refurbishments and extensions in charge of a team that did the full internal of the jobs where I learned my other trades: We are specialist bathroom fitter for all wall hung systems and concealed specialist units. Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you
