Miles helped at such short notice and as my Mum is 97, he agreed to come on Sunday to fix her lighting so she’d be safe. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .
