Done the job ok, but took 1.5 hours to complete a 45 minute job! Shockley cost me £300 to have a hob installed with most of the existing pipe work used.

StarHel Plumbing were excellent from start to finish. They responded to the job quickly, provided a clear quote, and arrived exactly when they said they would. The work was completed within two hours and carried out to a high standard. Clean, fast, and professional throughout. No bother at all — quiet, courteous, and kept me informed of any little idiosyncrasies that came up during the job. Would happily use them again.

The plumber was really quick – he fixed the dripping tap in about 20 minutes. But then he charged us £168, which is outrageous. I'd avoid 'The Local Plumber Service'. They quote £62.50 for 30 minutes, but they actually charge a full hour no matter how quick the job is. That's really misleading."
