Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. Talked to Steve on the phone, he sent a couple of capable lads the same day. After investigation, what looked like a small problem turned out to be bigger. The lads were thorough, polite and cleaned up the area well at the end. The price seemed reasonable to me for the amount of labour and expertise involved.
