Mark responded very quickly and on a Sunday as it had been pouring with rain and the problem was a leaky roof, so very thoughtful. He was very contactable which is very refreshing and arrived when he said he would. The job has been carried out the very next day and has been done very well. I am extremely happy with the work and how it was done. Mark and his employee were very friendly and professional and left everything nice and tidy. No rating for this guy. Seriously useless. Doesnt provide quote, takes 2hrs to finish job that could be done in 1hr. Could see he lacks common sense.Then says his company /boss chargeouy fee is £xx, when he works for himself. Breaks the toilet while fixing it, denies blame. Do had to change it..at much cheaper cost.Avoid "Manny!

My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. This included re-roofs, extensions, repairs and leak investigation. Alongside this, in 2010 I took a Contracts Manager position with a national roofing company, In this role I am responsible for the labour and materials required for various developments in the South East. It is also part of my role to oversee the customer service team. My contacts within the industry enable me to obtain very competitive prices on materials. I also have a large labour resource to carry out even the bigger jobs.

AVOID Adil is a smooth talker who hasn't got a clue about work in the industry. Employed to refurbish a full house. A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!

Timi was patient and professional. He visited twice on his time to measure and gather requirements. On the day of execution, he arrived promptly and worked seamlessly with no sipervision. There isn’t enough space on here to describe how happy I am and stress free Rob and his team made the process. I had a major extension to the rear and side of the home which meant I wasn't able to use the bottom area of my home at all.
