He organised all the relevant building regs applications etc, I didn’t have to get involved, and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. No mess left behind, up front and honest, a refreshing change to my previous experiences of the building trade. Eugene is very knowlegeable and comes up with some great ideas. The plumber was really quick – he fixed the dripping tap in about 20 minutes. But then he charged us £168, which is outrageous. I'd avoid 'The Local Plumber Service'. They quote £62.50 for 30 minutes, but they actually charge a full hour no matter how quick the job is. That's really misleading."

I am a sole trader, I have been fitting windows, doors, conservatories and doing general building work for the past 25 years. I am Certass and Q.A.N.W registered. All UPVC installations are covered by a ten year warranty. Only quality products used.
