Although he was let down by his supplier, in as much that there was a delay in delivery of some of the order, he has done tha job by the deadline for which I am most grateful. It appears to be a very satisfactory job. Will probably use his firm again if I need any works done. Your organisation seems to be very useful!

Not a bad job overall. A few negatives: changed shower screen spec without consultation with the client. Did not provide floor protection initially. After first day, did not clear up or remove large amount of dust. During evening of first day, water pipe joint sprung a leak. Turned out a push-on connector was not fitted properly. Client had to turn the water supply off. Some finishing not good. Outside tap left at an inconvenient angle.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Paul has been absolutely brilliant! He has transformed our garage to a lovely bedroom and created a new shower room between the house and garage for my mother in law - 5 weeks and just a bit of touching up to complete the work. Jimmy came round to give us a quote very soon after we had asked for a workman. We needed soundproofing on two floors and carpets and underlay fitted on two floors and the stairwells plus landings. His workmanship and professionalism were excellent. He is extremely reliable and we would have no hesitation is recommending him. We were very pleased with the result and found him to be extremely helpful and efficient.
