First time of using Osborn plumbing and Gavin found what was causing our leak whereas others hadn't. A little pricey but most plumbers are! However, he spent time finding the problem and has repaired some already to a good quality, so happy to pay. Will definitely be calling on him again for any other plumbing needs.

New to the area and was looking for someone reliable and skilled for job. Scott came around and did initial measurements before sending a very reasonable quote across. Work was done over two days and to a very high standard. The new doors are well built and installed and are exactly what I was looking for. Scott was really helpful from the start, very personable throughout, answering questions that came up and advising how best to maintain the new doors going forward. Will definitely hire again.

Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
