We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. When evaluating the builders it was important to us that we found somebody who was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Durim offered a competitive quote and promptly started work. ?He completed our job to a high level of quality within a week’s time, and we are very pleased with the outcome. The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

We are a family run business and have been in the plumbing and drainage industry for 15 plus years. I recently left a good review but after recent events I need to change this. After a callout for a blockage which resulted in them getting their hose stuck and had to come out to remove a few days later from my pipe, our toilet was left with another leak due to the toilet being damaged. After getting a plummer from British gas out, I then find out I was massively overcharged for all the work, the total paid was £3380, I found out this should have cost me no more than £1800. I will never use them again!
