Placed advert Thursday. Contacted same day by Mike with a view to coming out and quoting next day. Came on time priced the job on Friday and arranged to start work on the Tuesday. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.

Thank you for your response. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.
My name is Chris Love and I am the proprietor of LOVE Building & Property Maintenance. We are a small family based company who pride ourselves not only on our workmanship, but the whole service we provide for our customers.

Highly qualified to degree level with an up to date understanding of pertinent legals & building regs, their service is credible & quality driven. Quick, tidy & business like, Chris came in under his quote. I shall always use Chris & his team in the future I have no hesitation in recommending them.
