Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.

Installation in spring great - friendly, helpful and worked great. However, when greater use of the boiler (ie. Heating) was needed increased leaks appeared and flooded two floors below. Trying to get 'tony' back to fix the bodge that caused it was impossible. Tony sends streams of lengthy excuses trying to deflect blame onto anyone but himself. These included being busy with other jobs, a way crash, not having declared points on his licence, to falling asleep! He gave compensation.
