Charlie quote to repair a leak. Price was too high for me. I either needed other quotes or to lower the price a little. We both agreed to a lower price. Job was to start two days later. That morning, he asked to shift the job to the next day - he was over-worked. The next day he cancelled at the start time - emergency. 3 days later he phoned me at the job start time to increase the price back to the original amount. 1 weeks time wasted, 3 times re-arranged, massive hassle for tenanants and me.

Steve did a complete renovation of a 2 bedroom flat for us - rewire, beautiful herringbone oak floors, plaster, paint, amazing new kitchen including white quartz countertop sourced at a great price and bathroom. Marek and Piotr (M&P Dream House) have just completed an extension project of my garden flat in London. This was a challenging project with complexities due to lack of side access, a big mature tree in the garden (deeper foundations) and shortage of building materials. M&P team overcame all the difficulties almost effortlessly! Everyone on their team had very good work ethic, polite and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ryszard did an excellent job reinstating and redecorating my bathroom after water damage. He was reliable, tidy, professional and friendly, and took real care with some difficult staining rather than rushing the work. Nicolae was punctual, knowledgable and tidy! He tried to identify a leak (turns out the problem may be the washing machine rather than a problem with pipes). He helped rectify the washing machine. He tidied up after himself. Cannot fault him. I have already asked him to return to do other works in my home.
