I had a boiler service carried out by Rob and he did an excellent job. He went the extra mile by checking my smoke alarm and gas hob to make sure everything complies with gas safety standards. I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

Very efficient and pleasant people. The work was carried out promptly and in about half the time estimated. Slightly messy digger tracks left but it started raining shortly before the end of job so marks were inevitable but thought they could have repaired them a bit before they left. But, all in all I am happy to recommend Matthew to anyone.

Without stress plumbing and heating are experts in trace and access works finding and repairing leaks working along side insurance companies and clients. we are a small family business with over 30 years experience within the industry and we use all the latest equipment and technology . we cover all aspects of the work from start to finish and have a team who have experience and skills within all areas of construction works and all our work is to a high standard and quality.
The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.
