Kevin messaged on 11 Aug saying he'd order radiator parts and asked us to update our review as he was blocked from Rated. We did. He later criticised us, saying he'd been on holiday. We reminded him he never showed up as agreed. No apology, no update, and still no fix. We've had enough of the excuses and silence—now hiring a professional to get the job done properly.

I had multiple different roofers attempt different solutions to fix my leak. Kingston completed the job in a timely manner, initially the leak wasn't fixed but Kingston came back again and sorted it at no extra cost. I have had no issues since. I would definitely recommend

We had great experience with Tony for another job so gave him a new job of installing 2 new taps and a new en-suite. He was very responsive until we paid the deposit and turned up to do the job 5 weeks after the initial scheduled date. We found tap leaks right after the job. He turned up twice to fix but unable to do so. We reached out again but he didn’t respond. Our opinion is that either the materials he ordered are of poor quality or he’s just can’t fix a tap leak.

Sean came out and gave me a very reasonable quote for removal of an old cold water and a hot water tank and connecting my flat directly to mains water. He installed a new hot water tank and it has been great! First shower was so powerful compared to what it was before. He spent time explaining things and tidied everything up. Would definitely recommend him.

Gary was actually the only tradesman who gave me a quote in the end but I am very happy with the job that he and his team did. He was pretty much always there at exactly the time he said he would come and the work was completed within the time stated. People who have come to the house have been very impressed with the new shower and loo so I would use Gary and rated people again .
