I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

I recently had a mansard loft conversion and a two storey rear extension completed by Home Shape Ltd. Overall, I am very pleased with the work they have done. Colin and team took on a tough job refreshing a top floor bathroom and adding in a shower to a compact space with low eaves,. Despite encountering a few surprises (lack of isolation valves, dead pigeons etc) the job was done in good time and on budget.. Colin worked with me to provide options on fitments to suit style & budget and was honest when I was better off purchasing direct rather than through him. The job wasn't rushed and the finish is excellent. Also took on some external wiring work as well.

We were held up a few days by the weather initially, but once things were underway I was very happy with how things progressed. Pb roofing has been trading for about 25 years, we cover most roofing. I have been schooled in zinc roofing by traditional old experts. We also cover slating, tiling gutters, facias, chimneys, pointing, GRP and liquid rubber roofs & re building chimneys.
