Joe from J J Murphy Plumbing and Heating recently fitted a new hot water cylinder for us, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He managed to fit us in quickly, which was a huge relief, and the whole job was carried out with professionalism from start to finish. Everything was done efficiently and with great attention to cleanliness – no mess left behind at all. On top of that, the price was very sensible and fair. I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Totally unorganized people and arrangements made for work and again let down night before. Plasterer has not finished and have been ghosted by them. Shocking l!
