A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Octavian was a professional and a lovely person to work with from start to finish. He explained everything thoroughly when giving the quote and was very good estimating the material costs. He worked to time and communicated everything clearly. He always was available when I wanted to see progress. Octavian and his colleague Florián completed work everyday and left the place clean and tidy. The plastering job was completed to a high standard and I would highly recommend him.

I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

I undertake all aspects of internal/external painting and decorating with a professional, friendly and reasonably priced service. Jae and Chubbs are nice enough guys and they did a reasonable job on the wallpapering, though there are a few areas in the room where the pattern has not been matched at all. However, be wary of drastic price changes halfway through the job, speed at which they work and also the amount of paper they waste - despite asking us to order more paper, the amount wasted is far beyond the 2 more rolls we ordered - adding a further £100 to our bill!
