Workmen friendly and the work they carried out was to a reasonable standard. BUT they let themselves down when it came to getting them back to finish the job as bad weather prevented them from completing. I had to do all the chasing and they made excuses why they couldn’t return and now they aren’t responding to either text or email. Should have realised when they wanted payment for the work carried out on day 1 - in hindsight I don’t think they ever intended on returning.

Dan has been extremely responsive and efficient. He spent a bit of time on phone before doing the work to really have a good understanding of the problem and then he turned up on time with the right material and fixed my broken switch in less than 15 minutes for a very reasonable price.
