Attention to detail was second to none, it was also evident how important it was to Mike that every part of the work he completed was asthetically as good as it could possibly be. Initial scheduling and pricing issues arose before starting—including a missed evening appointment without notice, short-notice changes next morning, and a higher quote on a reposted listing. As a result, we didn't proceed. Afterwards, the contractor reached out repeatedly via call, text, and WhatsApp to sincerely apologize and take full responsibility. While we didn't work together, I acknowledge his persistence, accountability, and effort to resolve the situation maturely.

Miles helped at such short notice and as my Mum is 97, he agreed to come on Sunday to fix her lighting so she’d be safe. He told us his call-out and hourly rate, messaged when he was a bit delayed, and diagnosed fault and fixed it . He explained everything and was very tidy, no mess at all. Would recommend him highly, cost was v reasonable and was very glad to find him.
