Marlon refitted my wall mounted bathroom fan heater which had exposed wiring. He replaced two wall switches - one had a chipped fuse cover and the other had wood filler smeared over it. He also replaced the broken metal back box to a double wall plug socket and refitted the socket outlet. He gave me a clear, comprehensive quote - no additional costs. He efficiently installed a cooker circuit for an induction hob by inserting and connecting a 15m wire from the island in our open plan kitchen-dining-living area under the flooring to the switchboard (under the stairs). He surveyed requirements the day before and came up with a constructive, workable solution. Another company expressed an interest in the work but only highlighted potential obstacles and challenges.
