Needed Management are a NAPIT Registered Electrical Contracting company who provide services to the Domestic, Commercial and Industrial sectors. We specialise in Electrical Inspection & Testing to produce EICR's for landlords, property owners, buyers / sellers of property, insurance companies etc. Originally a Property Management / landlord business we don't simply produce a report, we add value by providing pragmatic advice on the findings of the inspection and testing. We have in depth knowledge of the legal requirements, electrical regulations and Private Rental Sector. We aim to be a trusted partner for our customers to generate repeat business and ensure they remain compliant. We are now developing an Electric Vehicle Charge Point installation business called NMEV. NMEV are an OZEV (Office for Zero Emmission Vehicles) Registered EV Charge point installer. We are able to apply for grants on your behalf on the EVHS (Home) and WCS (Workplace) schemes to save £350 per charge point. We are authorised installers for a number of Charge point manufacturers which allows customers to choose the best option for their needs. (MyEnergi, Project EV, Garo, Pod-point, EO, Rolec, Ohme….). We are constantly looking to expand the range of charge points offered, because this is a growing / developing industry we want our customers to benefit as new technology becomes available.
