For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. I've chosen Munotec for a fusebox upgrade and the job was done fast and according to the quote. Big added benefit for me was that they provided both EIC and EICR after the installation. I'll definitely consider Munotec for future jobs.
