People are on site for the duration of the job , they do not disappear for days on end without you knowing what is going on. The job is well managed and PT keeps you informed of progress . Extras are made clear and indicative costs given before work starts instead of unexpected costs appearing on the bill PT is not the cheapest builder you will find but you get what you pay for and what you get is a great quality build with minimum stress and fuss and that is worth its weight in gold ! I'd defintely use him again and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for quality, professional job. Not often a tradesperson is happy to visit without cost to do an assessment of works required upfront and then give s reasonable quote and also explain possible options. Needed a new consumer unit (fuse box to us laypeople) to replace my ancient one and do an EICR. Based on the quote for the work I also added a hard wired for alarm and some smaller jobs as well. Very polite, cleaned up after the works as well. I have already recommended him to a number of friends.
