Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. What can I do? - tiles - plastering - painting - plasterboard construction - laying of floor panels - assembling furniture, garden structures - I am also a handyman, I can fix many things. - mechanical ventilation - soon insulation of buildings with polystyrene foam system I'm starting out on this site and don't have a review yet, but on MyBuilder they have 100% satisfied customers

Stephen and Damo did an excellent job of removing part of a wall and installing an RSJ. He was quick to send over a quote, was able to fit in the work before Christmas and generally did an excellent job with it all. This gentleman met me on site a few minutes early, looked at the job and got on with the plastering in a clean,pleasant, professional manner. Having observed his competence on the initial job, I did not hesitate to offer him further work which he also completed. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will certainly contact Steve again when the two shower rooms are ready for tiling. His pricing is competitive and offers good value for money.
