Redacre contacted me( mr pete allen) he arranged for me to come and look at his last job which was a wet room it was wonderful and i had never even thought of having one!! We agreed on a price. Pete's workmanship was of the highest standard, he was always on time,clean and tidy and a joy to have in my home, as were the people whom he subcontracted to. I can highly recommend Thor. Marcin has completed my loft conversion to a very high standard. His tradesmen have all been polite, careful, tidy and competent. I used the architect and structural engineer Marcin recommended and was pleased with their results. He had a company calculate the cost of the project so there has been no ambiguity about costs from the outset. Even a star is not applicable for these people. The came to mend my house due to a leak in bathroom and went back breaking a pipe and not repairing anything. Taking away 2k in the process. Just avoid please

He quoted £100,000 to do the job in 6 weeks & promised it would be stress free, At 12 weeks in He was told I no longer wanted him to complete the job as I received an electric shock from a socket that was left as a bare cable protruding from the wall. He blamed everybody else then fired the only two decent builders as he held them responsible. Even though I had paid the third stage payment a day previous, I was too distressed and my health was declining due to the anxiety and stress he had caused. Avoid!!

I would give the lowest score possible to these sharks! Came at 2.30 on a Friday and worked on roof in dark and rain! Left job in a terrible state both internally and externally .Promised to come back next morning and rectify and plaster all the mess they made on the walls snd ceiling.Yhey have not answered any communications despite trying several times. In good faith I paid them half the money but will never see them again so I have to now find a reputable roofer to fix. BEWARE they are SCUM.
