John has done a professional job from start to finish.Throughout he has been courteous ,punctual and tidy .Part of the work meant access was needed through the house but mess was kept to minimum and clean . Despite numerous attempts to call Nathan the owner from Pro Plastics over the past week, I have received no response. The individual who commenced the work has taken payment but failed to complete the job and has since ceased all communication. As a result, my porchway, hallway, and landing have been left in an unacceptable and untidy condition, with the work only partially completed. This situation is causing significant distress and inconvenience.
