Terry was really fantastic. A positive experience from first contact through to completion of works. Terry re rendered and render patch repairs to my courtyard wall in central Cheltenham over a two day period. First class job. Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

Couldn't rate this company highly enough, from the very first contact to the finished job. They quoted competitively and quickly , regular message updates throughout the process. The job was started and finished on the days stated and the house was left in a very tidy state . The tradesmen were all skilled and lovely to boot , they went above and beyond to help me out. I am delighted with the job and just need them to do the rest of my house now!!

He is highly experienced and professional and gives an honest assessment of what work needs to be done, saving time effort and money in the long run. He and his team completed the required work in a reasonable times scale and to a high standard. As a result, I have further engaged his services on a rental property that I own in the same city.
