David James has done an excellent job on our flat. He is particular and has a great eye for detail. He takes the time to discuss the job and gives the pro and cons of different types of paint. He is really tidy and most helpful. He has helped us to coordinate with other workers and has worked to a very high standard all the way through. Exceptional service. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.

I wanted asbestos guttering & down pipe replaced front & back of house & also requested a water butt be supplied & fitted - the water butt & stand was supplied free so that was a bonus ! Very pleased with the work carried out , ended up having guttering fitted to my brick shed & down pipe to connect to water butt which was a better position as advised by father & son & I totally agreed - & the water butt is filling up nicely after today's rain :) I would certainly use this firm again .

These guys were really fab.. communication from Michael (the boss) was excellent and while only small-ish jobs the whole thing from quotation to completion in a week.
