The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

MBC have been unprofessional due to their unreliability, failing to complete the work and taking 4 months to do a job which was estimated to take 10 days. Whilst removing a bathroom the ceiling collapsed, they ruptured a water pipe damaging new kitchen although it was repaired.They have failed to replace the new sink which they cracked, left spotlights unfinished in bedroom, loft access and fireplace hearth unfinished. Martin has apparently been a project manager but his time management is appalling.

Ahmad and his team installed carpet for us in four rooms, two sets of stairs and a landing. They also moved furniture and trimmed down doors to fit. I contracted Alfie to refurbish a large area of Cotswold stone terrace and pathways around my home in Godalming. The terrace was a mess. Alfie and his team made a great job of removing all the old cement mortar pointing, relaying loose slabs, re-jointing and tidying up the area, including rebuilding the front door step. Mark was great at the outset - very responsive and keen to help, seemly went out of his way to get the job done and even saved us money in the process, I have unfortunately had to revise my rating down to two stars. Having completed the job and been paid upfront we were then completely let down by Mark who failed to come back and fix various snags including replacing the bathroom flooring which had not been fitted correctly. A lesson learnt by us to withhold full payment until satisfied with the job.
