Viktor recently came to my house to install a kitchen cupboard. He not only installed the unit perfectly but also took the extra effort to cut and customise the off-the-shelf cupboard to fit my space perfectly. It looks seamless and professionally done. Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.

Found Alin via Rated People, and absolutely delighted with the quality of his work, can-do attitude and problem-solving. Whilst the main issues were plumbing, Alin had to connect a digital shower through a tight space - installed a loft hatch and knocked through a wall to do so. Very conscientious and went the extra mile in making sure the work was as perfect as possible. No hesitation in recommending Alin for all types of work. You won't be disappointed!

I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones. Everything is looking fab and perfectly positioned and the curtain poles will not be coming down in a hurry! Everywhere left spotless too. I'll definitely be in touch the next time I need work doing. Alex has completely refurbished my bathroom and i am thrilled with the result. Alex is very skilled and his work is excellent. He takes pride in what he does, and his attention to, and the care he takes with the smallest details, are not seen so often these days. Alex is obliging and helpfull with advice, and will consult his customer on details. He gets on with the job and does not mind staying late until he's finished what he is doing and cleans up before he leaves. He is a very pleasant man.

Mr Kefford responded to my quote request quickly, visited that afternoon. I'd initially asked for a tile replacement, but we discussed other work I thought might need doing and he gave me options, explanations and a realistic view of what actually needed doing, which I appreciated and which influenced my choosing him. Unfortunately, since leaving a very good rating for Nathan I need to follow it up with a bad rating. After a couple of months, my tenant said the patio he had done was bowing in the middle. I contacted Nathan, explained and sent a video of the problem and he said he would contact my tenant directly to go round there. Basically he never went round there, despite me calling and in the end he blocked me on whatsapp. Since then I have had to get the job done again properly. I retract my original review!
