I've been installing all kinds of floor coverings for 15 years. I can install : All carpets, gripper and underlay. Vinyl. Domestic and commercial. Latexing and floor leveling Lvt, karndean and amtico. I go the extra miles for my customers. I always hoover all new carpets and clear all rubbish. I do whatever it takes to keep my customers happy.
Jack didn’t turn up on the day he was supposed to. He has ruined my kitchen floor, ripped it and tried to hide it by closing the kitchen cupboard and leaving quickly, cut it too short in some places, used a clear silicone over the top which makes it look worse. kitchen floor lifted in 2 places and bedroom has lifted in 1 place. I have tried to resolve this with him, but will be taking him to small claims court as I have to pay someone else to fix this. I would really, really recommend using another trader!

Ahmet and his 2 colleagues have been very accommodating as I have picked my own laminate to lay down and have helped me what to buy to have everything ready. They were ready to finish the job in 1 day for the whole 120sqm and they only couldn't do it as there were some surprises when the carpet was removed, so they came back on Sunday to finish it. Very disappointing experience. Quote was increased after accepting the job, claiming distance despite postcode being clearly listed. Only half the work was completed, full payment taken, and they promised to return the next day but never did. After repeated attempts to contact them, they disappeared. Another tradesman confirmed poor workmanship, incorrectly installed posts, and damaged panels. Job now costs far more to fix. Unreliable and unprofessional – avoid.
