Carl responded quickly to the request. He arrived on time and carried out the work with no issues. He worked carefully around new fitted furniture and was respectful to our property eg mixing plaster outside and changing footwear to go upstairs. We used MBBC to build a porch on our house. Robin was great in his comms, from survey through to completion we always knew where we were with him. He has a confidence in his knowledge that really helps to put your mind at ease, even when we discovered a potential problem he came up with a solution really quickly.
