After the visit, a scope of work was sent back to me within 2 working days. Once the payout was confirmed, Andrew revisited the property with the building director. Don't hire - he quotes price (that then increases once he's started work), doesn't show up for weeks on end - despite promises to come, Then, after payment, disappears and ghosts the customer leaving the job unfinished - AVOID!
