Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused

Very bad I paid £120 for wallpaper to do a media wall which he told me he can do and it would be £200 i agree he was there 3hours and paper never matched little to short bubbles ect very sad to see this kind of work he was given me advice on how to do it which was to his benefit but was really bad I had to strip it all of the very next day. I don’t think i would believe his reviews to be honest
