Cliff, he was efficient, reliable, well priced and an excellent tradesman. We called him in to repair a chimney breast and fix our garage which was leaking. We were delighted with the work on the chimney, he is a fantastic render and plasterer. cliff is now renovating our bathroom, plus our neighbours are also putting him to work. I had a very high ceiling and stair well, in need of tidying up, hole filling and painting. Mark responded quickly, he viewed job, explained well, and came back to with a quote that same evening, price range that he had stated.with a start date.Mark and his team arrived punctually every morning and got straight to work. Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
Excellent - arrived to give quote for external painting and do work when he said he would. Quote was competitive and he completed a few touches that I hadn't asked for which really made for a great quality finish. Hard workers - finished job ahead of time and both were very pleasant.
