We have been building and renovating property since 2005. Over the years, we have predominantly focused on our own projects, but more recently, we are offering our services to clients. Our experience covers all aspects of property works.
Not a bad job overall. A few negatives: changed shower screen spec without consultation with the client. Did not provide floor protection initially. After first day, did not clear up or remove large amount of dust. During evening of first day, water pipe joint sprung a leak. Turned out a push-on connector was not fitted properly. Client had to turn the water supply off. Some finishing not good. Outside tap left at an inconvenient angle.
Professional painter & decorator with 26 years experience. Very experienced paper hanger. All types of decorating work. City and guilds qualification as well as NVQ level 2.Liability insured.
I have used Mike again and he did a first rate job of painting and wall papering in Brixham. He is professional and I have nothing but praise for his expertise. thank you. Ian

One star as that was the lowest I could choose. Threatened to have us fined as they claimed we accepted a quote they did not give. Left some of our waste on our neighbours property and claimed that we shortchanged them so demanded a further £20.00 Not to be trusted I'm afraid.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. Pip Lovelock provides Property Maintenance, Home Improvements, and Garden Landscaping, in the South East Cornwall and North Cornwall offering practical affordable solutions..
Pip is an excellent all rounder but is inclined to spend too much time on tasks if not supervised, which can be costly if employed on a day rate. In my experience, Pip should make more effort to separate his tools from others in order to avoid confusion of ownership.
Many years of experience in the construction industry. Remedial and structural refurbishment an design. Traditional time served craft skills. Including Block Laying, Plastering. Painting and Tiling.
Chris did an excellent job restoring my parquet floor at a very reasonable price. Very happy with the results and a very nice chap too.
We offer a complete property service. We treat your property as if it were our own!
So quick, tidy and pleasant. Would definitely use again.
