Alex and his coworker from C&P General Construction Ltd did an exceptional job repairing and repainting my front door, 7 door frames and most of the skirting boards around my flat. We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. Roger and his team were great from start to finish . Easy and friendly to deal with and very pleased with quality of work . Prompt start every day and 4 or 5 people working at any one time to get the work done swiftly during a spell of fine weather . AVOID Adil is a smooth talker who hasn't got a clue about work in the industry. Employed to refurbish a full house. A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!
