John and the team did an outstanding job. It was easy to work with John and he was very knowledgeable, and provided very sensible advice. Other people quoted work which was over-the-top or wouldn't have solved the problem but John got right to the issue in a no-nonsense way. James was hired to fit 5 internal doors. It took him 3 days, and the work was careless, lazy, and full of mistakes, excuses, lies and frustration. He blamed the doors, house, locks, anything but himself. I wasn't going to leave a review, but after he left I was able to fix —by myself— issues that he tried to gaslight me into believing it was the best possible outcome. I suspect his "27 years of experience" was made up, and the problem was nothing but absolute lack of skill, care and work ethic.
