I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. He put every effort into driving a long way to assess our water leak. He even inspected everywhere & had a long ladder to climb the 3 stories to the roof to evaluate all sources of the leak. Happy to recommend these builders, They carried out some tiling work, which was harder than it sounds as it was 3 huge toilets in a church. They worked to budget and time scale, working hard to keep the timings to fit in with the demands of a busy church. They kept the place clean and tidy so the church could function. The work was finished to a high standard, and they had a good attention to detail. They communicated well and sorted out the problems with ease.

Appalling. We arranged for him to start stairs and landing bedroom and other gloss painting. We were given a date with 4 week wait. During this time stripped walls moved bedroom furniture and removed carpets. He advised where to get wallpaper etc and was contactable till a week before start date when I was ringing mobile and texting for how many rolls of paper to get. NO RESPONSE TO LOTS OF MESSAGES AND TEXTS. HE DID RESPOND. HE HAS NO WEBSITE OR PREMISES. BEWARE GO TO RELIABLE DECORATOR.

Coopers provided an excellent service. Jack came and reviewed the problem, showing me photos of the leak and damage, and gave various options and prices of what I could do. In the end, I decided on a full roof replacement along with guttering and soffits. I got them to fit a Velux window and sun tunnel too. The project management was excellent. Scaffolding came within a day and work started following Monday. The job was completed in four days to a professional standard. Highly recommended.
