Mixed experience. I've never had anyone work on my house who shows such a lack of respect for my property. Despite being asked 3 times to be careful and to cover plants, etc, our garden was trampled and rubbish, including nails, scattered everywhere. We had to spend several hours clearing up after they had finished. This attitude showed up in the work too, some of which needed redoing. End result is OK; I still think it could have been neater

Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. The team were tidy and worked hard to the deadline throughout the process. If you need a high quality rendering job, then I would highly recommending considering Rob's services.
Paint was left bubbling on the walls, had to re do myself, took my money and ran, no idea of what 'preparation' means just painted on walls no primer used, didn't use 'textured paint' as per request, had to remind him of the rail he forgot to paint. Painted over old wallpaper too... Didn't offer to put anything right left me some paint to finish job myself...

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Appalling. We arranged for him to start stairs and landing bedroom and other gloss painting. We were given a date with 4 week wait. During this time stripped walls moved bedroom furniture and removed carpets. He advised where to get wallpaper etc and was contactable till a week before start date when I was ringing mobile and texting for how many rolls of paper to get. NO RESPONSE TO LOTS OF MESSAGES AND TEXTS. HE DID RESPOND. HE HAS NO WEBSITE OR PREMISES. BEWARE GO TO RELIABLE DECORATOR.
