Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again.
