I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

We had our bathroom totally redone by Remus and his guys. Not only was in bang on budget, they took exactly the amount of time they said it would, even by putting in some extra hours to get it finished off as promised. They were very communicative, keeping us informed throughout the project, and really went the extra mile. I've asked them to quote for more work in the future. Lewis and his team did a very good job with restoring bricks on my old Victorian house. Painted with all kind of paint by previous owner. Lewis knew exactly what is the best way to clean it off and the result exceeded my expectation. Very good re-pointing and prefect colour match of the mortar mixing 3 different types of sand I have never heard of. Also keeps you updated regarding progress and plan for the next day. Punctual and reliable. I am very happy with the result and will certainly use him again.

Vlad is very professional, hard working, punctual and extremely efficient. His work is great and as well as his personality, extremely helpful, and reliable! He did all the architrave, skirting boards, door frames from scratch, as well as installing new doors with handles and locks, LED covings, LVT flooring and stairs banister! Tony refurbished our bathroom with wet wall, a shower screen and a new front of bath. He was very quick in coming out to see the bathroom and gave us a decent price for the work, once accepted he came to complete the work quickly and professionally. He was fantastic, it was completed to a very high standard, when any problems came up with the materials provided he was quick to think around the problems and not let it halt the work, we will definitely use him again!

A fantastic job by Adam who, on his own, widened existing window and door gaps, fitted new window/door, re-skimmed walls and ceilings (including removing artex and beams from the ceiling), decorated, tiled and fitted a new kitchen supplied by us (including the installation of gas hob, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher) and laid a new floor. Adam is excellent value for money and extremely reliable. Highly recommended!
