Poor communication - didn’t turn up when originally they said and I had to chase to see if they were still interested. Job was ok (small job) but main chap was quite rude and aggressive. Would definitely not recommend.

Unfortunately I can't leave no stars ad that is all this so called building company deserves. They are also unable to tell the truth in their response to Our review. No it wasn't a 3mm drop, when he went back to b+q to get more products to further his bodge up My Wife measured the drop(he claimed at the time it was 5mm.can't even remember his own lies)The drop was 13 mm.Ues He came back and had a 2nd attempt to rectify the bodged job, making an even worse mess.By this time We were both sick to death of him

Gareth, the proprietor of GMS is a qualified wood machinist by trade and has over 25 years’ experience working within the construction industry. Gareth first started the business in 2005 with a view to provide clients across North Wales and Cheshire with kitchens. In the last 10 years the business has diversified and now accommodates a scheme of works within construction from kitchens to bathrooms, gardens to bedrooms, fire and flood damaged properties and more. Gareth employs several staff and subcontracts to NICEIC registered Electricians and GAS SAFE registered gas engineers. Therefore, GMS can offer project managing and the client only needs to converse with one trade [GMS] rather than multiple. Thus, taking the stress out of the job.
Great communication and work carried out to a high standard.
Welcome to Cotswoldsbuild Ltd . located in Cheltenham We work for both Domestic and Commercial clients, and our mission is to deliver the best possible end result - on time, with minimum fuss and at a competitive price. When working with us, you can expect an affordable and intelligent solution based on the latest UK trends and designs and tailored to your residential or commercial building project. Our assistance is comprehensive from start to finish. Our architects and structural engineers can provide a full design service We work closely with planning and building control officers, so that all work is signed off We have comprehensive liability and employers insurance, and offer guarantees All of our 'sub-contractors' have their own personal liability insurance All of our 'sub-contractors' are experienced, accredited and qualified We respect our client’s property and privacy We keep a clean and safe site. WE'RE COST EFFECTIVE We know how frustrating it can be to work with home improvement businesses that have huge overheads which they pass on to customers. They employ sales people rather than designers and offer average standards at a huge mark-up. This is not what we are about. Unlike many contractors, we don't give discounts only to make our money back somewhere else. We're upfront about our charges and, thanks to our low overheads, we're happy to say that we are much more cost-effective.
Good job by Edmund

Ben’s journey in construction started at an early age. He grew up on construction sites alongside his father, who had a long-standing background in construction and worked directly on government projects. This gave Ben an early understanding of construction that came from being around real projects, real trades and the realities of building. He later studied Architecture, developing a deeper understanding of design, structure and how buildings come together. During this time, his passion for timber and craftsmanship became particularly strong. He discovered that what interested him most was not only designing buildings, but actually creating them. Before establishing NOAH Construction, Ben also gained experience working for leading construction companies, where he was exposed to projects worth millions of pounds and was involved in works with values reaching approximately £10 million. This experience gave him an understanding of the organisation, standards and responsibility required on larger construction projects. NOAH Construction was then established as a way to build something of his own. In just three years, the company has progressed from delivering smaller projects to successfully undertaking works ranging from approximately £50,000 to £1 million in value. Today, Ben combines three important parts of his background: hands-on construction experience from an early age, architectural education, and experience working within larger-scale construction environments. His particular passion remains timber and craftsmanship, but his approach to construction goes beyond one material or trade. The goal is to understand the project as a whole, build it properly and deliver work that he can stand behind. For Ben, NOAH Construction is the result of years spent around construction, studying architecture, learning from larger contractors and ultimately turning that experience into his own business. Hi, I'm Ben !
