The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

I contracted Alfie to refurbish a large area of Cotswold stone terrace and pathways around my home in Godalming. The terrace was a mess. Alfie and his team made a great job of removing all the old cement mortar pointing, relaying loose slabs, re-jointing and tidying up the area, including rebuilding the front door step. Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. Gave constant excuses for delays: “prices doubled,” “faulty pipes,” etc. They told us they DON'T CUT CORNERS and explained how coving screws should be filled and sanded, yet they paint over screws, leaving drips on the walls, flooring laid on an uneven base they poured, tiling on a dirty dusty wall, using unfit materials, etc.
