Nicolae was punctual, knowledgable and tidy! He tried to identify a leak (turns out the problem may be the washing machine rather than a problem with pipes). He helped rectify the washing machine. He tidied up after himself. Cannot fault him. I have already asked him to return to do other works in my home.

STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .

He and his team did an excellent job on the hall tiling and also managing the cloakroom plumbing ( moving a sink and toilet) to complete the tiling here. Kris was contracted to renovate my 4 bed home: chimney breast removal, structural engineering work to open up the living area and open plan kitchen, replastering walls including tearing down dated artex ceiling. Even out the floor of an old home with uneven planes and complete tiling and wood flooring, completely renovated two bathrooms and installing a utility room and a boiler, including a lot of plumbing work! He completed the job to a very high standard and is very reliable! On time & on budget!

He was very good at the job and finished on time etc. The one thing I found slightly annoying was the urgency to finish the job and get the money, ie insisting that he paints the fence even though it was forecast to almost certainly rain that day and receiving multiple calls from his wife etc to our pressure. Overall though I am pleased with the end result and will use him again if given a chance
