Darren recently helped fix a damp issue in our garden office, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. He quickly identified the problem, sourced the materials, and got everything sorted in no time. On top of that, he took care of a few other touch-ups around the house, showing great attention to detail. He’s a really nice chap,easy to talk to, professional, and genuinely helpful. Spencer provided a detailed quotation. His references showed us their projects and spoke very positively about Spencer. The team worked very hard, the workmanship was excellent and they were very tidy. During the project we made some adjustments to the requirements, partly our choice and partly recommendations from Spencer. All costs were updated and transparent. The project was completed per the agreed schedule and we are very happy with the result. I would highly recommend Spencer and his team.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.
